Mechanical Calculator

Before the advent of your Casio & Texas Instruments, it was this mechanical calculator humans used to calculate the numbers....

Sarso ka Saag: A Nightmare to cook

These are the after effects of cooking saag. It splashes and sloshes a lot. You see the effects all across the cooking range, the microwave and the refrigerator.

It's a nightmare to cook, but equally tasty to eat... Worth the effort.

Strawberry

Ain't it obnoxiously large!!

Happy Halloween

A bit late for Halloween photos, these were two beautifully carved pumpkins outside a home at 13st. NYC. The NYPD car was my tripod :)

Purani Havali

This is not a normal photograph but an underexposed photo in the evening when it was just about to start raining. The clouds, the setting sun hue and the fast shutter speed give it a good effect.

The Haunted Factory

I'm not sure if it's haunted or not, but that's what my friends mentioned when they gave directions for their house. Look for the haunted factory and turn right to their high rise Marbella... Nice description.

Early morning before Thundershowers

I woke up in the morning with some thundering out my window, the first thing i grabbed after my glasses was my shutterbug, and went on a spree clicking this monstrous view, which looked like a direct rip from the Harry Potter series...

Don't worry it's not that scary as it seems, just a few manhandled shutter speeds and exposure tricks...

NYC Skyline Part II

These are the few of the New York skyline series. One from the Riverside at Newport, one from the 15th floor, and one from the 28th floor hanging at an angle. This was just before the sunset and has come out pretty neat.

Traffic Signal

This pic is captured from the 28th floor of Marbella. The shutter was exposed for 5 seconds. since it was a quite saturday night, there a very cars moving by in that area, had to spoil quit many shots to get a nice one..

Spiderman Strikes again!!

This spiderman was caught in action, when we were leaving back from Saw Creek and returning back to New York. It's a nice catch I consider...

NYC Skyline Stiched

I was at a few friends place at Newport and was advised by all of them to visit the "Riverside". I did in the night and this is what I got, more individual photos coming soon...

Just after having a nice scrumptious lunch of broccoli ke parathe, this bottle of pickle was major taste buster. The colour of the bottle was quite impressive with the background.

Meri maa ko muzhe khilana nahi aata...

This is Rohan, my nephew laughing after eating food. The title means "My mother does not know how to feed me..."

He has a nice mischievous smile on his face.
